How this site makes money

DayOneToday recommends notebooks, books, and a small number of apps. Some of those recommendations are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, this site earns a small commission. You pay exactly the same either way.

How things get recommended

Nothing is here because a commission was offered. The notebooks are the ones people actually keep using. The books are ones written by people who had to begin something over. If a recommendation would not survive being asked why this one, it does not go up.

A commission never decides whether something is recommended, and it never changes what gets written about it.
