The Concept
Every day is day one of the rest of your life.
Not a metaphor. A fact. Yesterday's failure doesn't carry forward unless you carry it. Yesterday's win doesn't either. Each morning the count resets to one, and what you do with day one is the only question that has ever mattered.
This isn't about resolutions — those are annual and they die in February. This isn't about restarts — restarts imply you stopped. This is a daily practice of one honest question:
What's your DayOne today?
One intention. Stated plainly. Then lived.
That's the whole thing. That's DayOneToday.
